Office hours are used to prepare for classes, maintain/service the studios, listen to auditions, etc. You may drop by during those times, but there is no guarantee that I will be able to spend time with you.
Try not to schedule meetings just before classes since these times are used for class preparation.
Administrative meetings are departmental and college meetings. Do not attempt to schedule a meeting during these times.
Lunch times mean that you can find me in the faculty lounge in case of emergencies (it better be good).
Appointments-only times are available for meetings, but you should make an appointment first. You may try dropping by, but I may not be available.
You may make appointments through e-mail or calling my office.
This schedule is a general guide. I will often not be in office as I give tours, attend recitals, attend committee or other faculty functions, listen to auditions, work in studios, etc.
